Boon Edam zoekt SAP Project Manager

Omdat wij zo goed 'draaien', zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een SAP Project Manager.

De Functie

In the last few years Royal Boon Edam International B.V. has worked to set up a new strategy for the company together with its owner. In this strategy with the slogan One Boon- One Brand- One platform, Royal Boon Edam International B.V. has an important role to align the different Boon Edam Entities to the One Boon philosophy. As part of the strategy the company wants its manufacturing on a global platform, its distribution on a regional platform and its sales on a local platform. As a SAP Project Manager your goal is to align local IT with the global IT strategy. You will lead the SAP project from a Boon Edam perspective on a day to day basis. You will work directly with the Boon Edam business key users, power users and process owners. Key accountabilities include:

• Responsible for the successful delivery of all project deliverables and documentation for the Boon Edam “Big Bang’ Project to support the end to end business process with SAP including modules SD, CS, PS, PLM, PP, MM, WM, FI/CO;


• Responsible for overall quality, risks, dependencies, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the projects;


• Responsible for the generation of progress reporting, monitoring and project logistics for travel and planning of workshops and logistics;


• Work closely with the Business Process Managers, implementation partner, Group IT Manager and Boon Edam stakeholders in supporting the implementation of business process changes and improvements;


• Manage blueprinting and design sessions to configure the systems and agree (new) business processes to be implemented.

Het Profiel

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required;

• A minimum of three (3) years prior project management or ERP/CRM consulting or equivalent industry;


• Involved in supporting full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Service);


• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus; • Global implementation experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a plus;


• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Fluency in Dutch and English;


• Convincing and performance-oriented attitude;


• Driven, respectful and dedicated;


• Willingness to travel.
