Hakvoort launches 63m flagship motor yacht Scout
This morning in Monnickendam, the Netherlands, Hakvoort Shipyard launched its largest motor yacht to date when the 63-metre superyacht Scout was moved out of her build shed for the first time. The SuperYacht Times team was on scene to bring you an exclusive look at this new motor yacht.
No official statement has been made by the builder, but it is known that British office H2 Yacht Design is the design studio behind Scout’s exterior lines and interior while Diana Yacht Design from Holland developed the project’s naval architecture.
The project has undergone several re-stylings during her build after her original owner put the project up for sale during the early stages of construction. She was known as project Zeus and then Something Cool while under offer with Moran Yacht & Ship in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
